Hey, thanks for your interest in joining us here at Something in the Water x Ghost Taco We’re Canada’s New Brewery of the Year, bringing curious beverages to all of Ontario from Kingston’s vibrant Princess St.

Just one month ago, we opened Ghost Taco to great fanfare. New tacos, new beers, new customers, and it's been so so good.

Our GM needs a right hand person. We're looking for someone with a few years hospitality experience who is a natural leader. Someone who can support, manage and empower our fantastic FOH team.

This is a working position so expectation is you are on the floor but taking a leadership role and being the supervisor when our GM is not on site.

This is a role with tremendous growth. We hire for the long term and want someone who wants to take their hospitality/server career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**
- Under the direction and management of the General Manager, execute all aspects of Front of House duties following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and employee handbook provided by the company
- Follow and help create the weekly schedule on 7Shifts
- Opening and closing the Taproom for business
- Training and keeping up to date with our tacos, beers, non alcoholic beverages, and cocktails
- Understanding and operating within the four walls of the Taproom, staying organized and efficient
- Working within a TEAM
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all touch points in the taproom following SOPs
- Manage the bottle shop and merchandise
- Answer questions, engage with our guests, and create a welcoming environment
- Create a clean and safe environment for guests - taproom, bathroom, bar, etc
- Ensuring walk-in cooler is cleaned as/when messes occur, and organized for everyone to use safely and efficiently
- Be a champion/ambassador of the Something in the Water brand, living and breathing our shared values of respect, accountability and merit
- Upon hiring, you will be provided well-documented SOPs and employee onboarding handbook to set you up for success_

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years in hospitality
- Highly passionate about craft beer and adult beverages
- Confident, engaging, and fun to spend 8-hour days with
- Great at talking with people and being a great listener
- Super motivated and keen to bring forward new ideas
- Calm under pressure
- Smart Serve certified
- Ability to move a 80lb full 30L keg

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
