**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and their families.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need extra care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and their proper usage is a plus.
