Our business place Ortec Environnement Services in Hamilton*, specialized in the field of Industrial Cleaning, is recruiting a Financial Administrator for a permanent position.

The Financial Administrator coordinates and is responsible for his/her business place of payable and receivable accounts and payroll and is under the responsibility of the Accounting Administration Manager.

The main missions of this position are:

- Accounts Payable : create purchase orders and receive invoices and reconciliations of credit cards;
- Accounts Receivable : enter of Service Receipts with the rates given by Operations and create invoices;
- Payroll : enter timesheets, hours worked on job sites and premiums, reconcile hours for extraction and manage allowance forms handed in by workers, as well as modification notices for HR and payroll;
- Manage filing, month end procedures and light administration duties.

**Description du profil**:
Do you have a degree in Administration or Accounting or at least 2/3 years of relevant experience in a similar position?

Do you have Administrative and Accounting competencies, especially in AR/AP and Payroll?

If you have already worked with union contracts it is a bonus.

Are you autonomous and organized, do you take initiatives, do you have a sense of service and do you like working in a team?
