**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right unit (motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all brands we carry.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including trade evaluations and financing options.
- Complete trade-in procedures by filling out evaluation forms, coordinating with service, and confirming trade values with the Sales Manager.
- Work with Parts & Accessories staff to integrate any add-ons into quotes and ensure coordination for customer orders.
- Perform turn-over to the Sales Manager, then F&I Manager to complete paperwork and financing.
- Follow up with leads and sold customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or vehicle sales experience is preferred.
- A passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and outdoor adventure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Pay: $25.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

- Retail Sales: 1 year (preferred)
