VP of Marketing - Product and Growth
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking VP of Marketing - Product and Growth to join our growing team of highly experienced entrepreneurs and automation experts. The Wrk Platform is infinitely simplifying automation. We're building a world where any process can be replicated by combining human skill sets and bots into pre-configured units of work that we call 'Wrk Actions'. These Wrk Actions are the building blocks for processes big and small — automating the delivery of tasks from the very simple, like merging spreadsheets, to the very complex, like executing, analyzing, and escalating customer service phone calls.
We don't believe automation should be scary, complicated, or confusing to deploy. We are looking for mission-aligned individuals to join our fast-growing remote team — motivated by strategy, empathy, and the desire to be the change.
What you'll do:

Experience and Qualifications:
- _Manage and mentor a small but mighty Marketing team_
- _Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention_
- _Analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve client acquisition, engagement, and retention_
- _Develop and maintain metrics for tracking performance, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement_
- _Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and demand generation within a Product-Led Growth framework_
- _Develop and manage budgets for growth and demand generation initiatives_
- _Collaborate with revenue, marketing and product teams to insure alignment and support for growth initiatives_
- _Provide regular reports on growth and demand generation performance to executive leadership_
Nice to haves, but not required (please don't let this hold you back from applying):
- _ 5-8 years of experience in growth and/or demand generation_
- _Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth and demand generation strategies_
- _Experience implementing PLG best practices and driving product adoption_
- _Excellent analytical and problem
- solving skills_
- _Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills_
- _Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and demand generation_
- _Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools_
- _Ability to work in a fast

Interview Process

- 2nd interview - Meet the COO - 30 min - 1 hour video call
- Project - We will give you have an assignment to work on to present back at a later date
- Present your project to our Founder and CEO - 30 min - 1 hour video call
