Vice President of Marketing

Novisto is looking for a VP of Marketing to complete the executive team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and direction of the company. You will be leading and growing a world-class marketing team responsible for building and promoting Novisto's brand in the fast-evolving ESG ecosystem. We are looking for a future-thinking brand builder, who wants to roll up their sleeves to deliver solid marketing campaigns.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Talent Management:

- Planning growth of the marketing function and hiring talents across disciplines including growth marketing, brand management, content writing and product marketing.
- Partnering with each team member to identify development opportunities and coaching them toward the achievement of their goals.
- Establishing training and onboarding programs for the marketing function.

Strategy:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through various paid and organic channels including thought leadership.
- Overseeing and providing direction for market segmentation, buyer personas,customer journeys and sales enablement tools.
- Understanding and communicating the competitive landscape and market opportunities to the executive team.
- Driving the Novisto brand, vision and strategy, in collaboration with CEO and relevant internal partners.
- Leading and iterating forward-thinking campaigns that will capture audiences and strong ROI.
- Collaboration cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand representation across the organization.
- Analyzing existing branding and marketing strategies and continuously improving them.
- Managing the marketing budget and iterating on reporting tools to monitor the results of marketing initiatives.
- Setting and reporting on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets through Hubspot.

**What we're looking for**:

- 7+ years in a marketing leadership role involving brand management, product and growth marketing;
- Previously experience building a high-performance marketing team responsible to create world-class marketing campaigns and programs;
- Proven track record of success as a marketing director in an enterprise software company;
- Strong people management skills; experience leading coaching a team;
- Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to provide meaningful insights and quantify the impact of marketing campaigns;
- A growth mindset and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly;
- Experience building international marketing strategies in order to achieve successful global expansion;
- Knowledge of the digital space including social platforms such as LinkedIn;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication (Bilingualism is an asset);
- Experience with Hubspot or a similar marketing automation platform.
