Vous êtes passionné(e) par la publicité programmatique et la création de produits innovants ? Klever Programmatic recherche un(e) VP Produit visionnaire et orienté(e) exécution pour piloter notre stratégie produit et accélérer notre croissance.
Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez l'architecte de notre feuille de route : du développement de notre Portail Client à nos solutions IA et notre Produit Proximité. Vous collaborerez directement avec le PDG et l'équipe technique pour transformer les besoins du marché en produits performants et évolutifs.

Ce que vous ferez
- Définir et faire évoluer la vision produit et la roadmap sur l'ensemble de nos solutions programmatiques.
- Diriger et inspirer nos équipes techniques et produit, en pilotant l'intégration DSP, les outils de campagne et la mesure de performance.
- Travailler main dans la main avec la direction pour aligner stratégie business et développement technique.
- Mettre en place des process agiles et optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Nouer et gérer des partenariats clés avec des DSP et plateformes tierces (ex. : The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Anticiper les besoins du marché et des clients pour traduire ces insights en actions concrètes.
- Garantir des lancements produits de qualité, dans le respect des délais et à forte valeur ajoutée.

Profil recherché
- 7+ ans d'expérience en gestion de produit, dont 3+ ans en leadership dans l'Ad Tech ou le programmatique.
- Solide expertise DSP, RTB, IA appliquée aux enchères, et workflows de trading média.
- Capacité à gérer des projets complexes de bout en bout.
- Aisance technique et curiosité pour l'architecture logicielle et les systèmes complexes.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, communication et priorisation.
Atouts qui font la différence
- Expérience avec des produits Ad Tech pilotés par IA/ML (optimisation, pacing, prédiction).
- Connaissance des cadres réglementaires (RGPD, CCPA) et solutions d'identité (UID 2.0, LiveRamp).
- Familiarité avec les données log-level, outils analytiques et pipelines de données.

Job Title: VP Product – Programmatic Advertising
About the Role
Klever Programmatic is looking for a strategic, execution-driven VP of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our programmatic advertising solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role for a product expert with deep experience in programmatic, ad tech infrastructure, and scaling high-performance teams.
You'll own the roadmap for key initiatives—including our Client Portal, AI Solutions, and Proximity Product—ensuring every feature aligns with market needs and business goals. As the first dedicated product leader, you'll have a critical impact shaping our product organization, translating vision into execution, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for all programmatic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor product and technical teams across DSP integrations, campaign tools, and measurement solutions.
- Partner closely with leadership to ensure engineering execution aligns with business strategy.
- Drive operational excellence through agile best practices and optimized workflows.
- Manage relationships and integrations with leading DSPs and third-party platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Translate client needs and market insights into clear product priorities and requirements.
- Define and track key success metrics (OKRs, delivery milestones, team velocity).
- Ensure timely, scalable, and high-quality product releases.
Organizational Context
This is a foundational leadership role—you'll be the sole product leader at the start, meaning the first year will require a mix of vision-setting, strategy, and hands-on execution.
- Technical fluency is critical: you'll work closely with engineering across architecture, data pipelines, AI models, and integrations.
- As Klever Programmatic grows, this role will scale into a team-building leadership position, hiring and managing additional product managers
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within programmatic advertising or ad tech.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical solutions end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of DSPs, RTB infrastructure, AI-driven bidding, and media trading workflows.
- Strong technical fluency—confident in conversations about software architecture and system design.
- Track record of delivering complex ad tech or martech solutions.
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with AI/ML-driven ad tech products (budget pacing, predictive algorithms, optimization models).
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and identity frameworks (UID 2.0, LiveRamp).
- Familiarity with log-level data, analytics tooling, and data pipelines.
