This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- **Duties**:_
- Provide assistance to the Production office by handling data entry and scheduling tasks
- Create, track and assign parts to production work orders
- Monitor warranties for manufactured products
- Review returns and generate core credits
- Provide estimates
- Processing purchase orders and order inventory as needed
- Physical tasks and heavy lifting is required (Up to 50lbs)
- **Qualifications**:_
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is considered an asset
- Experience with scheduling, data entry or administrative role considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work with a variety of people, independently and under supervision
