**Position Summary**:
As a Data Entry Clerk for our production team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our entire operations team by creating and processing work orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and producing labels for our products. You’ll collaborate with various departments to ensure our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Scheduling. **Working with the Production Manager you will review plant production capacity and finalize daily production schedules. You will also run daily scheduling reports and release work orders based on capacity and priorities.
- **Inventory Management. **You'll maintain our Lot Locator system, updating inventory records through various inputs like receiving, movement sheets, and order picking. You will communicate material shortages and capacity constraints to the Production Manager and you will collaborate with the material handling team to manage incoming products and facilitate accurate inventory tracking.
- **Labeling and Documentation. **You will print product, carton, and pallet labels for work orders. You will also consolidate completed work orders and address any discrepancies.
- **Collaboration and Problem-Solving. **You will optimize production planning based on runtime, raw material availability, and machine set-up times. You will also communicate updates or issues related to materials or equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and working in complex computer systems.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a sense of urgency to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and MRP systems (required).

**Schedule**:

- Full-time, 7:00AM to 3:30PM, Monday to Friday (day shift).
- On-site role at **1725 Sargent Ave, Winnipeg, MB**.
- Mix of office work and time spent on the production floor.

**Additional Information**:

- Comfort working in a lively, noisy, and dusty environment.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required.
