**Who we are looking for?**
We are seeking for a seasoned HR Administrator who is dynamic, self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The HR & Office Administrator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Company. The HR & Office Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative duties primarily supporting several key HR processes and managing the administrative operations of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- HR Administration_
- Supports and coordinates aspects of several key HR programs and policies including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, total rewards, training, and HR administration.
- Coordinates recruitment activities including job postings, phone screens, interviews and employment offers.
- Supports and coordinates effective new employee onboarding.
- Provides HR support throughout the employee’s lifecycle
- Supports and coordinates aspects of the total rewards program.
- Coordinates employee training and development activities.
- Prepares reports and analyzes trends
- Organizes, maintains HR files and office records.
- Supports other HR projects as needed.
- Office Management_
- Responsible for ensuring the office space is utilized efficiently, maintained and clean. Sets up the office in the morning, refills sanitizers & manages the kitchen logistics.
- Coordinates and organizes the office (office, kitchen, washrooms, boardrooms) suppliers, vendors and service providers (e.g. photocopier, cleaners, repair services, supplies, phones, office furniture, IT onsite visits).
- Point person for the tenant, managing the common board rooms and assigns needed requests to appropriate team members such as Facilities or escalates as required to the Leadership team.
- Reception duties as required including safekeeping of the Visitor Check-In forms.
- Ordering and keeping inventory of office supplies
- Coordinating with vendors, i.e. coffee machine, vending machine when needed
- Administrative & Project Support_
- Running errands
- Supports administrative projects and activities when requested.
- Document and organizational support for filing, documentation, paperwork
- Other duties as required.
**Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, and Skills**:
- _ F_ormal Education_
Post secondary education and/or combination of education and experience. Proven office management experience and some HR Administration experience (preferred).
- Work Experience_
- Minimum 5 years experience in Administrative Support or in combination with HR Administration preferred
- Skills & Knowledge_
