Accounting/administrative Assistant

**Job Requirements**:
- Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Support for Month-End reports
- Process credit reversals
- Process tax adjustments
- Support for special projects
- Back-up for incoming calla and orders on hold screen
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of AS400 system-Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various business software systems as needed
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
**Timings **:Monday - Friday 8:30 -5:00pm
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
