**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Help cook various menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Engage positively with team members and contribute to a supportive work atmosphere.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A passion for cooking and meal preparation, with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Always be friendly, serve with smiles, and have the patience to handle and solve problems.
