- **Floor Leader**: Support daily service operations—coordinate servers, address guest needs promptly, maintain service standards, and assist with opening/closing tasks. Ideal for servers with 1+ year of experience and a knack for problem-solving.
- **Service Manager**: Learn leadership skills under our senior management team—oversee staff scheduling, manage guest feedback, optimize service flow, and handle operational logistics. Perfect for those ready to grow into a full Service Manager role long-term. 1 year Floor Leader or similar position experience is required.
