Sale Representative

**Job Summary**
**This is special payment structure for hourly incentive plus bonus and commission. Details will be discussed during your in person meeting.**
**Duties**
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Pay: $21.87 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- sales: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
