As Real Estate Investment Professionals, we specialize in the Property Management, Property Maintenance and Leasing of single family, multi-family and multi-unit residential properties across Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford and the The Niagara Region.

The role of the Leasing Specialist is:

- Showing vacant and tenanted units to prospective tenants
- Communicate with prospective tenants including follow up
- Create weekly summary of showings for each unit
- Collect Tenant Applications
- Move in Meetings with new Tenants
- Report any property issues/problems that may need attention
- Supporting the Property Manager including communication and follow up
- Supporting the Leadership Team
- Install lockboxes and lawn signs as needed
- Take photos of Units
- Following Complete Properties policies and procedures
- Fostering a warm and respectful work environment that upholds the Complete Properties Belief System

We want to find the best possible tenants for our Real Estate Investor Clients and this all starts with the Leasing Specialist

Evenings and Saturdays are required as well as a reliable vehicle are required for this opportunity.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
