In order to qualify for this position, the office administrator must be enthusiastic and have an initiative to take on new responsibilities and able to adapt to every situation. One must have excellent verbal and written skills in order to interact with various clientele.

Your role as an office assistant would include:

- Invoicing
- Shipping and receiving of cases
- Accounts Receivable/ Payable
- Managing filing system
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
- Providing excellent customer service
- Greet and assist visitors
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate parties
- Scheduling appointments
- Other day to day tasks

**Requirements**:

- Dental knowledge (1+ years)
- Customer service experience (3+ years)
- Administrative experience (2+ years)
- Must be fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)
