**THE ROLE**

Are you a night owl who likes to work in an unpredictable environment where your creativity and sense of initiative are undeniable assets? We are looking for an autonomous night auditor with an open and empathetic attitude who knows how to foster effective communication on all fronts. This warm and professional person has an innate sense of hospitality and is motivated by guest satisfaction. Naturally detail-oriented, they share a passion for numbers and people, allowing them to easily oversee the smooth running of operations as well as the proper accounting management of the property.

**WHAT WE HOPE YOU CAN BRING**
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Training in hotel management or accounting is an asset.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally.
- Attention to detail and a job well done.
- Autonomy, organization, responsibility, and initiative are essential.
- A positive, calm, and trustworthy attitude.
- Good knowledge of Office suite and experience with OPERA an asset.
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
- French is an asset

**WHAT YOU’D DO**
- Provide attentive and personalized service in collaboration with other departments.
- Check in/out guests, verify all details, and ensure the smooth running of internal activities.
- Perform all accounting duties for the nightly audit, including reconciling deposits, resolving account balances, and producing reports.
- Ensure security of the premises overnight, which includes being able to make important decisions in an emergency.
- Demonstrate curiosity and creativity to continually improve the guest experience.
- Provide information, advice, and respond quickly and efficiently to guests.
- Record reservations and follow up on confirmations and invoicing.
