What You'll Do;
As a Logistics Associate with Team Town Sports, you will be responsible for the receiving, handling, care, and storage of products to ensure that they are ready to serve our customers.
- Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of warehouse responsibilities.
- Handle all incoming shipments from third-party distributor and inter-store merchandise transfers.
- Maintains all warehouse processing and stock areas to ensure they are well organized and that all goods are easily accessible at all times.
- Performs replenishment functions ensuring all goods are “floor-ready”.
- Complete picking and packing of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate status of orders, inquiries, and issues via telephone and electronic messaging.
- Investigate possible delays in shipments and follow-up with third party logistics providers and open investigations.

- A love of sport and are a coach, athlete, and player in team sports.
- A genuine passion for serving the public and ensuring that all customers are cared for.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
