Sales and Marketing Intern

Location: Surrey, BC

Position Type: 4 month contract, with possibility of permanent placement

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in

marketing and sales support for our Health and Wellness products in the retail sector. This

internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing and sales

within the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote

Maple Organics products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media,
- Help maintain and update the company's website and product listings.

Sales Support:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and

customer inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and tracking sales data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations and materials for

retail customers.

Retail Customer Relations:

- Communicate with retail customers to ensure their needs are met and provide

product information and support as needed.
- Assist in organizing and participating in retail events, trade shows, or promotions.

Market Research:

- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to

provide insights for marketing and sales strategies.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports.

General Administrative Tasks:

- Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office

organization.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related

field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus.

How to Apply:

**Salary**: $16.75-$16.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
