We are currently looking to fill the role of Service Advisor for our Calgary location. This is a challenging career requiring experience in customer service, systems, and administration. **Summary**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring the administrative and procedural requirements for the Service Department are met on a daily basis.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Service Advisor will perform some or all of the following duties:

- Provide daily workflow reporting and actionable items to the Service Team.
- Ensure customers are kept up to date with their job repair status at appropriate intervals.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service in line with the standards of Peterbilt Southern Alberta.
- Maintaining job, customer data and notes in line with operating procedures to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Responsible for entering and closing repair orders.
- Adhere to, perform and action all Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety and as prescribed by the Service Manager.
- Other duties as required.
- **What we are looking for**:_
- 2 years’ experience in a service writer position or HD technician
- ADP/CDK experience or equivalent
- Must be willing to participate in Continuous Improvement and learning
- Experience in a clerical or administrative position
- Experience with office programs, word, excel, pdf documents
- Must be proficient in both spoken and written English
- Must be punctual, meticulous and reliable
- Courteous in manner to public and employees
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The first month hours will be Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM for training.

Pay: $41,600.00-$54,080.00 per year
