The MS Dynamics CRM Business Expert provides guidance to software development teams on support, evolution, and project activities on the CRM platform and is the single point of contact for all CRM platform users.

**What we expect from you**:

- Provide front-line support to business processes throughout the sales lifecycle by leveraging best practices and facilitating improvement of business metrics across multiple platforms.
- Use critical thinking skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Drive adoption and business benefits through daily support, training and engagement with the sales operations user community.
- Liaise with Lion's business group representatives and business unit stakeholders to help identify opportunities to automate existing processes by leveraging technology tools that support the full customer lifecycle.
- business acumen to help define and improve business process flow in CRM and connection platforms (through defining best practices, generating improvement ideas, and managing special projects).
- Data quality management and analysis to ensure exceptional data quality and reporting.
- Train users on the CRM system and newly developed functionality
- Define and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation
- Document and communicate business rules, processes and requirements to IT team members
- Perform testing on new or modified systems/features.
- Add/remove users, train new users and maintain user documentation.

**What it takes to succeed in this position**:

- Strong business acumen, excellent knowledge of business processes and CRM best practices.
- Basic knowledge of CRM processes in sales, service and marketing and the use of computer systems to do so.
- Ability to convey and influence stakeholders through high quality verbal and written communication at all levels.
- Experience with CRM (MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce)
- Experience in our industry is a definite plus.
