You will learn to use their proven system, which David has been using for over 20 years, to earn between $200000 - $500000 annually within two to three years This is a great opportunity for any committed agent who is eager to learn and grow in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire real estate process
- Market and advertise properties for sale or rent
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Prepare and present offers to clients and handle negotiations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

**Requirements**:

- Valid real estate license in the state of [Location]
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as documentation and record keeping

**Salary**: $49,999.00-$100,000.00 per year
