We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to grow our Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A) team The role is essential to the company as you represent the "eyes and ears" of the organization and act as the focal point between the different departments and management. It is also essential to ensure the financial health of the company through a diligent and agile planning, as well as financial modelling. Your role is to find the balance between rigorously informing the decision-makers of our different departments about their financial leeway and being flexible to accompany them in strategy realization, which is essential to Coveo's success. **Sound intriguing? Here's what your responsibilities will look like**: - Prepare the annual, quarterly and monthly budget process to support the different departments of the organization and the management of Coveo; - Collaborate closely with the FP&A Director and the Corporate Controller in the analysis of current versus budget; - Hold current vs. budget meetings with the managers of each department and accompany them as a business partner; - Prepare short-, medium - and long-term financial projections; - Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on the determining business drivers and providing information to understand the story behind the numbers; - Prepare various quantitative analyses for the departments to assist in strategic decision making; - Participate in the continuous improvement of the model for budgeting and modeling; - Contribute to the budgeting system transformation (Workday Adaptive Planning). **_A Finance Ace ready to roll up their sleeves_** In this position, you will need a good mix of hard and soft skills. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative and who can quickly develop trust with key people in the organization, in addition to being excellent in their financial planning and analysis skills. **Do you recognize yourself? Here's what we'll be looking for in your profile**: - You have experience in budget planning as a financial analyst; - You have a BAC (in finance, accounting, economics), a lot of experience in the field of Accounting or Finance - You have strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills; this is a "must" - You have a proactive attitude in the collection and verification of financial information; - You are hands-on and entrepreneurial, and you are not afraid to build processes and internal service with your bare hands - You are able to draw up precise budgets thanks to your attention to detail and your analytical skills; - You have a good resistance to stress and working with the management of a VERY fast-growing company doesn't scare you; - You are fluently bilingual both orally and in writing with impeccable French; - You are known for your resourcefulness, dynamism and strong adaptability. **And the icing on the cake**: - You have experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or a comparable budgeting system, an asset; - You have experience in the technology (software, IT services, SaaS/PaaS) sector, an asset. **You think you've found your next professional move?
