The Financial Analyst will leverage his financial knowledge into key products to drive growth, retention and utilization to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Financial Analyst is the person that powers our products for investment advisers, stock exchanges and financial media. These data come from the financial markets and include price history, corporate actions, financial statements, and analytical data calculated by our systems. The financial Analyst will also calculate returns for our model portfolios and generate transactions using our quantitative models.

Our product focus can be adjusted to the function of new products and the needs of the company.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain data management processes and their quality;
- Develop and maintain the Analytics suite of products;
- Ensure that financial information meets the current and future needs of our clients;
- Develop and maintain the Analytics suite of products;
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the financial information industry;
- Responsible for the financial information produced by the firm;
- Develop content for public distribution (blog, financial articles, etc.)

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting;
- Data management experience;
- Relevant experience in financial analysis/accounting;
- Knowledge of the stock market
- XRL or XML, other markup metalanguage, an asset;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Organizational and planning capabilities;
- Bilingualism: French, English.
