**JOB TITLE**:Site Supervisor - Roofing & Exteriors

**JOB REPORTS TO**:Project Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:To aid and take direction from the Project Manager to ensure quality & timeliness of the assigned projects through performing inspections, addressing deficiencies, and training crews, while maintaining a high value for customer service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Site Supervisor - Roofing & Exteriors**:
1) Site Supervising
- Ensure quality workmanship and safety standard are met on site. Fill out forms as needed
- Advise field crews of necessary changes needed for improvement
- Train field workers verbally and hands on
- Report deficiencies to Project Manager and follow up with crew on recommended action
- Inspect site and prepare for work needed
- Complete manual tasks as directed
- Inform PM and coordinator of daily progress of jobs
- Perform site audits and prepare reports as directed
- Complete final details on jobs or service tasks as needed
- Assist field crews as directed
- Organize daily route and schedule on most efficient manner
- Proper care for vehicle and tools provided
- Schedule appointments and meet with homeowner as directed by PM

2) Following up with Stale dating files
- Completing tasks to help bring files to a completion
- Final deficiencies services
- Update the Project Manager to help give Meerkat presence on more difficult jobs

3) Training in specific situations
- Train and educate crews on proper flashing techniques.
- Audit deficiencies
- Safety compliance
- Assisting to create efficiencies on site.

4) Service
- Complete minor roofing and siding repairs
- Perform other various service work as directed by the PM
- Dealing with costumer interactions

5) Read, understand, and comply with all **Meerkat Roofing and Exteriors**general and safety policies, procedures, and practices.

**MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - Site Supervisor - Roofing & Exteriors**:

- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Communicate clear and fluent English
- 5 years of experience in the Roofing/Exteriors industry
- Computer and camera experience is an asset
- Fit and able to climb a ladder to go on the roof
- Work at heights
- Knowledge of roofing and siding installation techniques
- Ability to work alone as well with others
- Clean Drivers Abstract with no at risk Liabilities
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, self - motivation and initiative
- Strong organization and conflict management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
