**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Multifamily Construction
**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the construction site of multifamily residential projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Site Management**:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and materials.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**:
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly work schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
- Ensure timely deliveries and manage storage of materials.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies.
- Ensure trades follow correct installation procedures.
- **Health & Safety**:
- Enforce company safety policies and OHS regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site safety meetings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working conditions.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain daily site logs and photo documentation.
- Track labor hours, delivery slips, and equipment usage.
- Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
- Serve as point of contact for on-site inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with trades, inspectors, and suppliers.
- Manage homeowner or developer walk-throughs when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of site supervision experience in multifamily or residential construction.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings and schedules.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
