You’ll be working on some of Calgary’s top home and renovation projects, combining leadership with hands-on work every day. Specializing in custom home builds, major home renovations, and luxury basements. **Company**: Turnkey | Turn Key Homes & Renovations**Location**: Calgary, Alberta **Your Role at Turnkey**As a Site Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing projects hands-on while ensuring quality and efficiency. This is not a desk job; we’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, with a focus on new builds and whole-home projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. - Ordering material, organizing and managing materials. - Emphasize carpentry, including planning and building spaces on-site. The role will involve a significant amount of carpentry and finishing woodwork. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project timelines and budgets. - Spend a substantial portion of your time "on the tools," performing hands-on carpentry work while also supervising and providing guidance to the team. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. - Provide leadership and mentorship to site crews and subcontractors. - Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth operations. - Maintain accurate documentation, including project progress reports and change orders. **Qualifications** - Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision, with proven expertise in new build and whole-home projects. - Strong focus on carpentry and finishing woodwork, with in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Proficiency in project management software is an asset. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **Why You'll Love Working With Us** - Be part of a reputable, client-focused company with a strong legacy of excellence. - Work on diverse, high-quality projects in Calgary and surrounding areas. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth and development.
