**Part-Time Cleaning Account Manager (Mobile) - GTA & Durham Region.**

Generations Cleaning is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving offices, medical clinics, retail spaces, condominiums, and industrial facilities across the GTA and Durham Region.

We are looking for a **Part-Time Cleaning Account Manager** to be the bridge between our clients, cleaning teams, and head office. This is a mobile role that requires regular site visits to ensure service quality, support staff, and maintain strong client relationships. You’ll spend your time on the road overseeing multiple accounts, addressing needs as they arise, and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.

**Job Details**:

- ** Position**: Part-Time Cleaning Account Manager (Mobile).
- ** Hours**: 20-30 hours per week (mix of day and evening visits).
- ** Pay**: $25.00 per hour.
- ** Travel**: Across the GTA and Durham Region.
- ** Vehicle**: Must have your own reliable vehicle.
- ** Compensation**: Gas card + mileage reimbursement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned sites.
- Conduct scheduled and surprise inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Support and train cleaning staff on best practices, chemicals, and equipment.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to head office regarding account needs.
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and setting up cleaning teams for success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related issues promptly. Represent Generations Cleaning with professionalism, reliability, and care.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time independently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Flexible availability for both daytime and evening shifts.
- Previous experience in cleaning operations, supervision, or account management is strongly preferred.
