**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Database Management**: Leverage internal databases to identify potential customers and track lead progress.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the management team.
- ** Sales Inquiries**: Serve as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries and follow up on quotation requests.
- ** Scheduling & Coordination**: Coordinate and schedule appointments for our Account Executives.
- ** CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within our CRM system.
- ** Client Communication**: Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- ** Customer Relationship Building**: Regularly communicate with existing clients to explore additional business opportunities.
- ** Additional Tasks**: Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- A highly motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
