**Job Summary**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead a team of 6 - 15 customer service associates
- Support the Supervisor & THP parking coordinator
- Enforced all company policies
- Mange shift schedule
- Resolve customer complaints
- Troubleshooting parking equipment issues on a site level
- Mange and resolve payroll / Non payroll IPASS queries
- Run transection reports for HR
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory
- One out tickets/value tickets place order as they come and deliver to departments
- I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll
- Perform regular inspection for - Entry/Exit Pay machines and parking office
- Vehicle Incident reports
- HPASS /end shift investigations - if a shift is not balancing
- Monitor the appearance and over cleanliness of the parking areas
- Monitoring parking capacity - P2 digital sign
- Performs other parking related duties as assigned - Keyscan / Varioflex reports

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with cash handling and financial transactions.
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
