**Job Title**:Captain of Team Sports - **Manager of Team Sports**

**Reports To**:Head **Coach - Store General Manager**

***Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating an environment that delivers an brilliant customer experience
- Creating a culture that provides an exceptional employee experience
- Uphold, foster and live our core values
- Connecting the store with the local community
- Investing in and building a high performing team

**Operations**:

- Managing operational expectations at a high level to:

- Maximize productivity
- Achieve profitability
- Safeguard our employees and customers
- Protect company assets
- Follow the Team Town Sports play book and systems as part of the program

***What you offer**:

- 3 - 4 years of senior retail management experience, in a comparable volume store
- Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Superior product knowledge, analytical and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong sense of urgency in dealing with business and staff needs
- Strong multi
- tasking and time management skills
- Ability to think in a disciplined and logical manner in an ever-changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems
