Duties

**Floor Management and Support**
- Conduct pre-shift with staff
- ensure all sections are staffed and managed properly
- ensure all specials, events, entertainment are communicated
- Inspect all public areas
- Bathroom cleanliness and stock
- All Indoor and outdoor space, snow, garbage, table placement, floors
- Lighting
- Sound
- Frist line customer service
- Manage issues and perform adhoc table visits
- Frist line server support (bus, expo, serve)
- Frist line bar support (bartend)

**Communication**
- Staff and Public
- Website/Social Media
- Menu Involvement
- In-house Marketing materials
- Execution of new and changes to staff

**Training**
- Using the current training program
- Make recommendations on improving the training program

**Scheduling**
- Balance the needs of the staff with the needs of the business

**Supervision**
- Staff Review
- Regular Communication (pre shift meetings)
- Monthly Staff Meetings - with follow-up

**Operations**
- Control Sheets / Closing Duties - review, replenish, edit, communicate results
- Inventory
- Ordering (Product, glassware, front of house supplies)
- Verifying, analyzing and reporting slippage

**Physical Maintenance**
- Ensure all aspect of the operation are in perfect working condition, or noted to the owner, with a possible plan to resolve
- Inspect the Monday/Wednesday Maintenance employee and ensure his duties are completed satisfactorily
- Ensure excellent group party execution
- Room prepped and organized
- Staffed readied (scheduled and aware of assignment details
- Kitchen prepared (food and timing), and all communications
- Ensure a supervisor is on site to help facilitate flawless execution

**Business Building**
- Customer Liaison/ Customer Service
- Group Party Sales, Quotation, and facilitation
- Menu ideas (Food and Bev)
- Promotions
- Proposing new ideas (with concept, cost and expectation), -special events
- Research other establishments and “borrow” ideas
- Communicate with sister restaurant to ensure we are in sync / aware

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

Additional pay:
