**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining HR Administration, ensure all guidelines, policies, employee files, and benefits enrollment are updated and compliant
- Providing recruitment and payroll support and other core HR functions
- Advising and guiding management, act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on challenging situations and ensuring compliance with HR best practices and legal requirements
- Leading HR projects, develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and compliance
- Supporting employees and collaborating with HR team, provide responsive support to employees, address their questions and concerns, foster workplace well-being, and work closely with the HR team to deliver impactful solutions and organize engaging employee events

**Qualification/Experience**
- 5+ years of proven experience in HR as a generalist or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- Solid knowledge of provincial labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Payroll experience (ADP) is an asset
