Kushies Baby has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE**:
Booking carrier appointments for pick up and schedule outgoing shipments ensuring that ship dates are met.
Strong communication skills when calling trucking companies or customers to set up shipments or book delivery appointments.
Make arrangements for routing shipments through UPS-Worldship, FEDEX-Manager, Canpar, Canada Post, and freight forwarders as needed.
Complete tracking information in various customer platforms/portals, packing slips.
Handle shipping quotes for domestic, cross-border and overseas customers and arrange shipments.
Previous experience with export document preparation an asset.
Familiar with USMCA, de minimis and Smartboard for cross-border shipments.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Minimum 2 yrs. Experience preferred.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Strong overall computer skills with knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs.
This is a full time warehouse position. Hours: 7am to 3:30pm.
