As a **Full-time Retail and Hospitality Supervisor **you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experience.

Engaging the customer from the moment they enter the store to their lasting impression. You will assist in product selection and provide knowledgeable information on food pairings. Through daily operations you will be assisting the Retail and Hospitality Store Manager with the opening and closing of the store; sales reconciliation, the execution of all marketing, and store operational programs.

**MUST HAVE**
- You possess at least 2 years experience in retail and hospitality within a similar role and consistently demonstrate a passion toward positive customer experiences.
- Smart Serve certification
- Food Handling certificate
- 2 years supervisory experience
- You must have the ability to lift up to 25 kgs
- Available to work rotational evenings and weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude
