**Role Overview**
This is a supportive administrative role helping our office manager and owner keep things running smoothly. You'll focus on tasks that bring in new clients, manage supplies and inventory, handle errands, and assist with various day-to-day coordination needs. Tasks will vary from day to day, so this is ideal for a motivated, common-sense person who is easy to get along with and thrives in a flexible, changing environment and has a positive attitude
**Key Responsibilities**
- Help attract and onboard new clients: Respond to website leads and inquiries, pre-qualify potential customers using templates, follow up to book jobs or pass details for final approval.
- Manage supplies and inventory: Track stock levels (cleaning tools, products, and materials), place orders when needed, and handle related errands (e.g., pickup or delivery runs).
- Use our software daily: Add/edit client notes (preferences and special requests), set reminders/follow-ups, log details/photos, pull basic reports or timesheets as needed.
- Provide general admin support: Assist with payroll prep (gathering timesheets), basic hiring screening (reviewing resumes, sending info), and weekly summaries of key trends or completions.

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong computer skills and comfort with software/apps (experience with scheduling or business tools is a plus; must learn quickly).
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and common sense.
- Reliable transportation: Must drive a reliable vehicle (for occasional local errands and supply runs).
- Clean criminal record (required due to handling client and business information).
- Motivated, proactive, easy to get along with, and adaptable—someone who enjoys variety and can jump between tasks.
- Previous admin, customer service, or service-industry experience preferred (cleaning, property, or similar a bonus).
