proSapient is now seeking a proactive, thorough and driven Survey Designer to support the continuous growth and demand of the Surveys vertical. In this client-facing role, the Survey Designer will be involved across a project’s lifecycle; programming, iterating, and testing online surveys, managing fieldwork and acting as a key point of contact for all client questions during the project.
This role would be well suited to a detail-oriented and forward-thinking individual who can work on multiple projects simultaneously, clearly communicate with clients, and collaborate effectively with their team to meet demanding client deadlines.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Using Qualtrics to code surveys varying from simple to advanced in complexity, including with Java Script
- Acting as the first point of contact for all client queries, questions and general communication
- Providing effective recommendations, advice and solutions to clients to build useful and effective surveys
- Managing communications between survey providers and clients, ensuring both parties’ queries and questions are responded to in a prompt and professional manner
- Overseeing projects from commission to closure, ensuring high quality client experience and project delivery
- Devising methods for improving wider survey operations, spotting opportunities to improve performance and output
- Working with the Product Director for Surveys and Development to develop the proSurvey product
- Playing a key role in shaping the team by creating methods to improve wider survey operations and identifying opportunities to improve performance and output within the survey team as a whole

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of experience using a market-research coding or survey platform (e.g. Qualtrics,Decipher, Confirmit, QuestionPro, CMix) to code both simple and complex surveys. Experience programming surveys with Java Script a bonus.
- Experience programming, altering, and testing surveys to clients’ specifications, including iterating surveys directly with clients post initial programming and once piloted amongst panelists
- Experience managing small and large-scale projects, playing a key role in project success
- Experience working on revenue-generating surveys
- Experience communicating with clients to provide effective recommendations, advice and solutions to build useful and effective surveys
- Previous corporate experience in a market research role preferred
- Experience hitting KPIs focused on a quick turn-around time for clients
- Experience working with multiple clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment where priorities and demands may change day-to-day
