**Position: Airport Parking “Operations and Customer Support Specialist”**

Reports to: Operations Manager

Hours: Full Time, 7 am to 3 pm, Monday-Friday (with occasional overtime and/or weekend shift opportunities)

Location: On-site, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport

Wage: $20/hr, plus Benefits

**General Role**
- Operations Support:

- Provide and coordinate technical support of Parking Control Systems
- Support and occasionally substitute for Parking and Ferry Gate CSRs
- Upkeep of Parking Control Systems
- Customer Support:

- Coordinate Ferry Crossing reservations for trucks and commercial customers
- Assist customers making online parking reservations
- Accounting and Management Liaison
- Manage Customer and Sales Databases
- Monthly parking pass reconciliation and inventory control
- Generate a variety of reports and analysis for accounting & management
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and increase yield

**Specific Areas of Responsibility**:

- Provides technical and customer support for airport parking and ferry users.
- Parking Operations Technical Support
- Participate in the development and implementation marketing strategies
- Parking Usage and Rates Analysis using SkiData and excel
- Liaison with Precise Parklink on any technical issues
- Act as liaison between Accounting Department and front-line Parking CSRs

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to independently learn the intricacies of parking systems, equipment, and supporting software programs. Basic training will be provided, but the Specialist will be expected to eventually master the parking systems technology and supporting software (i.e. Skidata, Hesion, Chauntry Parkspace, Camera software, etc.).
- High degree of competence in data manipulation using excel.

Communication (written and oral), Customer Service, analytical/critical thinking, basic accounting, financial and computer literacy, problem solving, team-first attitude, independent learner, interest in electronic equipment.

The Operations and Customer Support Specialist can be assigned various other projects and daily tasks as required by the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
