**About the Role**:
As a **Duty Manager**, you’ll be responsible for overseeing valet and parking operations at **Toronto Pearson International Airport**. You’ll supervise shift activities, lead and support a frontline team, and act as a key contact for clients, employees, and guests. Your role is essential in upholding Indigo’s service standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and develop frontline team members, ensuring performance aligns with Indigo’s values and service standards.
- Supervise daily shift operations at Pearson Airport, ensuring smooth execution and quick resolution of client, employee, and customer concerns.
- Support payroll approvals, staff scheduling, and operational reporting.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Delegate responsibilities and ensure team accountability during shifts.
- Maintain accurate records, audits, and operational logs (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).
- Champion a safe and respectful work environment, especially within unionized settings.
- Take ownership of projects or initiatives as assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **5 years of management experience**, ideally in operations, customer service, or parking services.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing in a **unionized environment** is an asset.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A valid G driver’s license with a **clean driving record**.
- Comfortable working **outdoors in all weather conditions** and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs.
