**What You'll Do**:

- Work a mix of serving and manager shifts
- Lead and inspire our front of house team (servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders) to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations of the dining room and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage guest interactions, resolve any concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling front of house staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory related to front of house operations.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to achieving restaurant sales and profitability goals.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in a front of house supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Pro Serve and Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
