Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Train, mentor, and manage front of house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow and maintain communication during busy periods.
  • Utilize POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new front of house team members.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Leadership abilities that inspire teamwork and motivate staff.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
