**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process **weekly payroll** accurately and on time.
- Collect, review, and verify **employee timesheets** for accuracy.
- Process **Records of Employment (ROEs)** in compliance with government regulations.
- Maintain employee payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ensure payroll deductions (benefits, taxes, etc.) are correctly applied.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- Stay up to date with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- **Experience with Jonas Construction Software is preferred.**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably in a **construction or related industry**.
- Knowledge of **Canadian payroll regulations** and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in **payroll software** and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
