User Experience Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for fresh talent to join a newly created team of User Experience Specialists. We are currently seeking someone who is strong in building and delivering training material in order to deliver training on both the front and backend products and any newly released functionality. They will also be responsible for gathering market intelligence for our product to help increase user engagement and utilization across all areas of the platform.

A successful UX Specialist will be inquisitive, and willing to ask questions in order to understand our end users, their business, and ways in which our software operates. This individual will be able to clearly articulate the workings of our platform, in both written and verbal communications and ideally will have experience and a strong understanding of the trading/financial industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, designing, building and delivering training for all new and existing products and services to external users
- Establishing and executing training program for new hires and existing employees of the company
- Implementing engagement plans that are forward looking to increase user engagement and product utilization
- Gathering market intelligence on product and service needs and providing feedback to internal teams
- Proactively engaging with end users about upcoming features and business services
- Increasing awareness and educating on new growth initiatives with end users
- Organizing, facilitating and administering TT’s Accreditation Program
- Assessing and monitoring end user usage of the platform and strategizing on increasing adoption of products and services
- Analyzing incoming tickets related to user education and facilitating training where necessary
- Understanding customer profiles centered around feature utilization for targeted recommendations of use of new functionality
- Helping design surveys to collect data about a particular topic for research purposes

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- 3+ years of experience in the Financial Industry
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to the Futures, Energy, Fixed Income and or the Cash financial markets required
- Trading experience highly desirable
- Technologically adept and analytical
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- Driven and results oriented
- Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn
- Must maintain a positive attitude and strong work energy
- Commitment to company values and ethics
- Proven success in working as part of a global team and an understanding of the required communication to operate as a global team
- Strong professional written, presentation, and verbal communications
