Founded in 2007, Zongteng Group is a leading enterprise in the cross-border e-commerce infrastructure service sector. The group operates several well-known brands, including _Goodcang Logistics_, _YunExpress_, and _WorldTech_.
Goodcang has established multiple smart overseas warehouses across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. In Canada alone, we have multiple large-scale warehouses with a total storage area of over 800,000 sqft. Our business is expanding rapidly, serving many well-known Chinese cross-border brands.
**Job Title**
Supply Chain Operations Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Warehouse Operations**:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order processing, and outbound shipments.
- Optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce error rates.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure system accuracy, and organize regular stocktaking.
- **Order Fulfillment & Distribution**:
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with external service providers (carriers/3PL) to optimize cost and service quality.
- Handle exceptions and customer feedback during the fulfillment process.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead warehouse and operations teams, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Establish safe and standardized operating procedures to enhance execution and stability.
- **Cost & Performance Control**:
- Develop and manage operational cost budgets, continuously optimizing resource allocation.
- Set and monitor KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover) and report regularly.
- **Process & System Optimization**:
- Drive effective use and improvement of systems such as WMS/OMS.
- Participate in process improvement and optimization projects to enhance overall efficiency.
- **Safety & Compliance**:
- Ensure warehouse and distribution operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Oversee safety management and emergency response plans.
**Qualifications**
- Background in management, operations, supply chain, or related fields preferred.
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain, with proven team management skills.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
- Strong data analysis, cost management, and process optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Cross-border e-commerce or supply chain background is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$115,322.51 per year
