**About The Role**:
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will interact with students and be committed to delighting our customers in our vibrant store culture. Your responsibilities will include operating the cash register, stocking shelves, processing online orders, shipping and receiving, and other tasks as needed.

This is a seasonal position at the campus bookstore, requiring availability to work on a weekly basis. This period could range from a few days to no longer than 90 days, with occasional weekend shifts and flexibility for opening, midday, or closing shifts.

**What You Do**:

- Operate the cash register, accepting cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
- Carry and straighten merchandise, stock shelves, price items, and assist in setting up displays and signs.
- Pick, process, and pack orders for shipping.
- Provide customer service and sales support for special events (including graduation and athletic events).

- Adept at basic computer and math skills.
- MUST BE A BROCK UNIVERSITY STUDENT

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Brock University Student
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift.
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
Previous retail, customer service, or clerical experience is preferred.**Additional Information**:
