**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements for Valentine’s Day.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Process and manage inventory, including restocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle transactions.
- Some heavy lifting required

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for flowers and floral design.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or floral experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends leading up to Mother’s Day.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and accessible.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed.
- Some heavy lifting required. 50lbs
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone when necessary.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
