Responsibilites:
Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners within assigned territories.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products or services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Effectively handle objections and concerns raised by potential customers, aiming to overcome objections and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously prospect for new leads and opportunities to expand customer base.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in direct sales or customer service roles, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection or challenging sales situations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability.

Pay: $16.55-$21.78 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
