**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To)**:

- Provide support to the **Safety department**, including collection of Key Performance Indicators from consultants, and KPI creation for clients
- Assist the Safety department with payroll/billing charts
- Revising of consultant schedules
- Prepare and organize client related spreadsheets and information
- Handle and update client visitation schedules and invoicing list
- Maintain and update safety-related documentation and metrics
- Executive Assistant related tasks for the President
- Administrative tasks for the Safety Department

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, _(safety department or related field an asset)_
- A degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Management, Office Administration _(relevant training in Occupational Health and Safety is an asset_)
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards, including but not limited to the Occupational Health and Safety Act an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
