- Engage with customers to provide information about products and services
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and sales records
- **CRM Management**: Accurately log all sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Track progress towards sales goals and report on key metrics is a plus.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and installation. Posting social media posts to aid in the marketing of Smart Film.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- **Customer Engagement**: Understand customer needs and present Smart Film solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications*
- **Sales Experience**: 2-4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a technology or B2B sales environment. Experience in selling architectural products, smart home technology, or related fields is a plus.
- **Strong customer service skills** with a focus on customer satisfaction
- **Proficiency in English;** fluency in French or other languages is a plus
- **Ability to analyze customer needs** and recommend suitable products
- **Prior experience in sales** or customer service is preferred
- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- **Motivation & Drive**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
