**Regional Manager Position Overview**:
Our Regional Managers develop people while obtaining results. To be a successful Working Regional Manager you will need to be a motivator and mentor, someone who can guide your team and participate in their developmental success. You will be responsible for maintaining Green Storage's reputation for unparalleled customer service and providing guidance and leadership to team members in all aspects of store operations. The regional manager will work mostly in our stores, leading by example and helping provide the highest level of customer service to Green Storage patrons. You will report directly to the General Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, hire, coach and retain an engaged team of high-performing store managers through ongoing coaching and leading by example.
- Ensure that team members demonstrate sales-focused and customer-centric behaviours when interacting with our customers i.e. SLA.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Provide a welcoming environment to customers through effective facility maintenance and labour and vendor management.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and address their concerns quickly.
- Identify and celebrate operational successes, as well as develop and implement plans to address opportunities.
- Manage a P&L to include revenue drivers, payroll, repair and maintenance and expense budgets.
- Management of rental rates, discounts, Customer Protection Plan and other income sources.
- Conduct regular property audits, ensuring properties are safe and meet all company operational standards.
- Manage delinquent tenant process, including coaching teams to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention.
- Communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and customers
- Grow a portfolio of successful stores by learning the market and developing and executing strategies to achieve goals specific to each store's unique strengths and opportunities.
- Minimum 3 days/week on location at a Green Storage property and 1-2 days at Head Office with the management team.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in sales/operations management and training in retail sales and customer service.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills in person and on the phone.
- The ability to use positive language while building relationships with new clients.

Proficient computer skills (MS Office, keyboarding and internet savvy).
Strong coaching and motivating skills.
- Ability to lead in a team environment.
- Proven outstanding sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain composed during stressful situations.
- Have an inherent desire to succeed and be consistently reliable.
- A valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
- Travel between locations will be required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
